What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify any order before it is shipped. We highly encourage you to double check that all of your details are correct before ordering, as once it is out for delivery, your order can no longer be canceled or modified.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you allow refunds or returns?
We do allow refunds and returns as we want you to truly love everything you order from us. If it is unused, in its original packaging, and directly purchased from us, we will gladly take back your order minus the cost of shipping and any additional discounts. Otherwise, if you tried the product but were not completely satisfied with it, you can return it up to 30 days from the delivery date. For more information, please visit our Returns Policy page.
How should I store my products?
Like most natural products, it is best to store your products in cool, room temperature areas and out of direct sunlight and to use them within a year for best results. For additional guidance about any particular product, we encourage you to read the directions provided for more specific information.
Are your products vegan?
Our products are vegan cruelty-free, as we do not test our products on animals.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products are gluten-free due to the nature of our commitment to high quality ingredients such as olive and essential oils. We want as many people to be able to enjoy our products as possible, which means we do not use wheat in anything. Read our whole list of what we will never put into any of our products.
Are your products safe for kids?
Our products are safe for kids, including our all-natural laundry products and our bath, body, and hair line, as we have designed them to be great for as many skin types as possible — including for the tiniest, cuddliest baby. That said, some products are specifically catered for more mature beauty enthusiasts, such as our eau de parfum collection, anti-aging masks, and men’s line for skin and beard care.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
We strive to make sure that our products can be enjoyed by as many people as possible, including those with sensitive skin. We avoid using harmful and toxic chemicals and we are proud of what is not in any of our products. However, and as always, it is best to consult with your dermatologist or doctor with specific questions prior to use.
